Welcome to Wedding Weekend!

First of all, thank you for being here. We are so excited to spend this weekend with all of you.

Rather than a traditional wedding day, we're treating this as a long weekend with some of our favorite people. We hope you'll relax, enjoy the house, spend time by the pool, play some games, share some laughs, and help us make memories we'll never forget.

Check-In & Check-Out

Check-In: Thursday, July 9 beginning around 2:30 PM (check back in case this moves to the traditional 4 PM)

Check-Out: Monday, July 13 by 10:00 AM

We'll share house details, WiFi information, parking instructions, and room assignments as we get closer.

What to Wear

With one exception, the answer is simple: be comfortable.

Thursday, Friday (even rehearsal), and Sunday are completely casual. Think shorts, t-shirts, swimsuits, sundresses, flip-flops, and whatever makes you happy.

The only time you need to worry about wedding attire is Saturday evening.

Weekend Schedule

Thursday, July 9

• Check in and get settled

• Explore the property

• Pool time, cocktails, games, and relaxing

• Pizza night or dinner at a local restaurant (we'll decide once everyone arrives)

Friday, July 10

• Setup and decorating

• Free time, pool time, naps, or helping as desired

• Wedding rehearsal

• Rehearsal dinner

• Relaxed evening with friends and family

Saturday, July 11

• Slow morning

• Coffee, breakfast, pool, and relaxing, hell, you can even workout in the gym if you’d like

1:00 PM

• Hair and makeup begins

4:30 PM

• Wedding party photos - the fun ones

6:00 PM

• Cocktail hour begins (wedding attire)

7:00 PM

• Ceremony

Immediately following the ceremony we'll move right into cocktails, dinner, dancing, games, drinks, and celebrating together.

Sunday, July 12

• Recovery mode (aka Sombrero Sunday)

• Maybe pack up and move some stuff back to our house

• Brunch

• Pool day

• Leftovers

• More relaxing

• More stories

• More laughs

No agenda. Just enjoy the day.

Monday Morning

We have a 10:00 AM checkout on Monday morning.

We'll need everyone's help with a quick group cleanup before we leave. If everyone pitches in for a few minutes, it will be easy and nobody gets stuck doing all the work.

Mostly, we just want you here.
